How do I return something to AstrologyGuidance.com?


General Merchandise Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of all our products. You may return any item in its original condition, for any reason, up to thirty days from shipment date. We will gladly issue a gift certificate covering the value of your return that may be used to purchase any item(s) we carry. Or, if you prefer, we will replace any item, or issue you a full refund— it's your choice! If we have made a mistake, we'll also refund the shipping charges.

Software, and audio and video tapes, must be returned unopened.

Personalized Item Return Policy
Due to the nature of high-volume shipping, AstrologyGuidance.com cannot guarantee that merchandise will be received without cosmetic or incidental imperfections. You may return items (except for those noted below) for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.

AstrologyGuidance.com cannot exchange or replace items that have been personalized or made-to-order per customers' instructions. Printed astrological reports and audio-taped astrological readings are considered personalized items and may not be returned. Jewelry that has been altered, engraved or that has received any type of custom work per customers' instructions may also not be returned.

AstrologyGuidance.com does not pay for return shipping.

How do I return something to AstrologyGuidance.com?
Returning an item to AstrologyGuidance.com is easy!

Please complete the Returns Form found on the back of your packing slip, and include it with any returned merchandise. Including this form will allow us to process your return more rapidly and will reduce the possibility of error.

Note: If you don't have a Returns Form, you can obtain a new one by calling our order line at (760) 778-7734. Don't forget to write your Order ID on it, which is also found on your packing slip.

Use the pre-addressed United States Postal Service Return Label in your package. Simply peel off the return label from the enclosed yellow card, and affix it to the outside of your shipment box.

We will charge your credit card for return postage when we receive your package. You will not be charged for return shipping if the return is due to our error.

If you prefer to use an alternate form of return shipping, simply send it to the following address. Please don't forget to include the completed return form!

Note: Some of our shipments require special handling. For those packages, we have not enclosed a pre-addressed return label, and ask that you simply send your returns to the AstrologyGuidance.com address listed above.
