accepts a full range of payment methods. You may pay for items or
services using any of the following options:
Payment by Credit Card Online.
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Please be assured that our systems are very secure and customer
information is kept private by AstrologyGuidance.com. For more

Payment by Check or
Money Order.
You may mail your check or money order, along with a copy of your
completed order form to:

To obtain a printable
copy of your order form, simply add the items you wish to purchase
into your shopping cart, as if purchasing online. On your Shopping
Cart page, fill out shipping information. Once you are satisfied that
all information is correct, click the "Total Your Order"
button. The Payment Information screen will appear. Fill out your
billing information. Also, supply birth information if you are
ordering readings or reports. Instead of proceeding further with the
Checkout, print out the form on your home or office printer. Mail the
completed form along with check or money order to the address above.
Alternately, you may fax the form to (240) 209-5684 (see Fax Orders
below, option 6).
Payment by Cash.
We do not recommend sending cash through the mail. However, for some
this may be a viable option, especially if making a small purchase.
You may send cash along with your completed order form (see option 2
for obtaining a printable order form) to the above address.
Phone Orders.
You may place a phone order by calling our order hotline at (760)
778-7734 Monday through Friday during the following hours:
Please have your credit
card or a blank check from you checking account ready. Out-of-area
customers will be charged long-distance fees by the phone company.
Fax Orders.
You may fax your order to us at (240) 209-5684. First obtain a
printable order form as in option 2 above. If paying by check or
money order, please indicate the number of the check or money order
on the order form before faxing. Your order will be processed as soon
as payment is received. Confirmation
of fax orders will be sent via e-mail or regular mail usually within
24 hours.
Is
my credit card safe?

How
do I redeem my AstrologyGuidance.com gift certificates?
It's easy to redeem
coupons and gift certificates at AstrologyGuidance.com. If you have
received a gift certificate or coupon and would like to use it,
please follow these quick and easy steps:
Shop as you normally
would, placing the items you like into your shopping cart.
When you have finished
selecting items, select "Total Your Order" from the
shopping cart page. The Payment Information Screen will appear.
On the Payment
Information page, fill out your billing information. Also, supply
birth information if you are ordering readings or reports. Instead of
proceeding further with the Checkout, print out the completed page
(Payment Information page) or save it to a floppy disk.
You may fax, mail or
e-mail the completed form to us. If sending by regular mail or
faxing, please put the gift certificate number on the form before
sending. If e-mailing, follow the directions below:
Saving to disk and e-mailing:
In the file menu of your browser, use the "save as"
command to save the completed 'Payment Information' page as a file.
You may save this file to a floppy disk or to any location on your
hard drive. If re-naming the file, be sure to retain the .html suffix
with the file name. Send an e-mail message to webmaster@astrologyguidance.com.
In the message, mention your name as the recipient of the gift
certificate and specify the gift certificate number. Next attach the
.html file to the e-mail using the 'paper clip' function. Send the message.
The amount of the coupon
or gift certificate will be deducted from your total order amount.
AstrologyGuidance.com gift certificates and are not redeemable for cash.
What if I am
having difficulty redeeming my AstrologyGuidance.com gift certificate?
If you are unable to use the gift certificate or you experience an
error while using the gift certificate, please fill out the following
form. You must include your e-mail address and the number of your
gift certificate.
