What items are available for ordering at AstrologyGuidance.com?
All items for sale at AstrologyGuidance.com are located in the Services/Products section of the site. To go to Services/Products, click on the file folder tab marked "Services/Products" located at the top of any page. Items for sale will be found in the following categories:

Financial Astrological Readings
Astrological Reports (AccuracyPlus Reports)
Online Store (Astrological Books, Jewelry, Merchandise)

How does one place an order at AstrologyGuidance.com?

When you see an item you want to buy, click on "add to cart." This places the item in your shopping cart. To continue shopping, select "return to shopping." When you're finished shopping, select "Total Your Order" from the shopping cart page.

In Checkout, you will be asked for your name, billing address, credit card number, and shipping address. If ordering readings or reports, please include birth information in the appropriate form.

Next, you'll be shown the total amount of your order, including sales tax (for shipments to California addresses only) and shipping charges. If the information is correct, click "Checkout Now." If any of the information is incorrect, you can click back and adjust information on previous pages. You can also cancel the order at this point.

Once you have verified everything, click on "submit order." After a few seconds, you'll see a page confirming your order and giving you an Order Number to use if you need to contact us. We will also confirm your order via e-mail within 24 hours.

What if I'm having problems placing an order?
We apologize if you are experiencing difficulty in being able to order. To help resolve this problem, use the form below to provide us with the following information:

If you have more than one browser installed on your system, please tell us which one you were using when the problem occurred, and list the other browsers installed on your system. It would also be helpful if you could include a detailed description of the problem, and mention any error or system messages that appeared.

Order changes and cancellations
Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service to our customers by carrying a full stock on all items in our inventory as well as shipping all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. Unfortunately, accomplishing this goal makes it extremely difficult to cancel or make changes to orders. There is a good possibility that by the time you call with a change or cancellation, your package could already be on its way to you! If you would like to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to try to accommodate your needs.

Call our order hotline at (760) 778-7734. We are open Monday thru Friday, 10AM to 5PM Pacific Time.

How and when are confirmations sent out?
Order confirmations and shipping confirmations are sent to you via e-mail automatically. You will receive your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. You will receive your shipping confirmation within 1-2 business days of placing your order. This shipping confirmation may include a UPS Tracking Number if the order shipped via UPS.

I didn't receive an order and/or shipping confirmation.
If you have not received either your order confirmation or your shipping confirmation within two days of your order, please let us know. We will make every effort to respond within one business day regarding the status of your order.

Problems with a Damaged Order/Wrong or Missing Item
We apologize that there were problems with the order you received. Please contact us by e-mail or phone as soon as possible so that we may remedy the situation. When e-mailing, include your order number and any details that would help understand the problem exactly. We will make every effort to respond within one business day.

Why was my order backordered and when will I get it?
We apologize that your item was backordered. Our product availability policy is designed so that when we say an item is in stock, we mean it. In a few cases, however, we may take your order and find out that our inventory is not what we thought it was (i.e. there was a miscount, or an item was damaged or defective). In this case, we will notify you via e-mail that it is on backorder and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible at no additional charge. If you would like us to cancel the item, just contact us by phone or e-mail. We will take care of it immediately.
