In the search box, type in the word or phrase you're looking for,
and summaries of all pages containing that word or phrase will
appear. Other options for finding something are: site-map lookup,

How
does the order process work?
When you see an item you
want to buy, click on the "add to cart" button. This places
the item in an electronic shopping cart.
After you've finished
shopping, select "Checkout" from the shopping cart page.
In Checkout, we will ask
you for your name, billing address, credit card number and shipping
address. We will also ask how you would like it shipped.
Next, you're shown the
total amount of your order, including sales tax (CA residents only)
and shipping charges. If the information is correct, click
"Submit Order." If any of the information is incorrect, you
can go back and adjust information on previous pages. You can also
cancel the order at this point.
Once you have looked
everything over, click on "Submit Order" and a page will
appear that confirms your order and gives you an order number that
you can use if you need to contact us. We will also confirm your
order via e-mail within 24 hours.
If you would like to
track your package, you can do so with tracking. If you have been
through Checkout once with AstrologyGuidance.com, you will
automatically have the option to use AstrologyGuidance.com's Express

do I send gifts to more than one shipping address?
During checkout you will
be asked if you would like to ship to one address or to multiple
addresses. If you would like specific items in your cart to be sent
to more than one location, select the "Ship to more than one
address" option. Please keep in mind that you will be charged a
separate shipping fee for each package you send.
Does
AstrologyGuidance.com charge sales tax?
State laws require a
California-based business (such as AstrologyGuidance.com) to collect
sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses. In our case, the
amount of sales tax collected is based on the tax rate for Palm
Springs, California. We are currently not required to collect sales
tax on orders shipped to residents of any other states.
Can
people outside the United States order from AstrologyGuidance.com?
AstrologyGuidance.com
currently ships to the United States, American Samoa, Federated
States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana
Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO U.S.

Note: If you don't have a
Returns form, you can print a new one by clicking here. Don't forget
to write your Order ID on it, which is also found on your packing slip.
Use the pre-addressed
United States Postal Service Return Label in your package. Simply
peel off the return label from the enclosed yellow card, and affix it
to the outside of your shipment box.
We will charge your
credit card $3.95 when we receive your package. You will not be
charged for return shipping if the return is due to our error.
